- Worked as Division in Charge of Government Business Division/Cash Management and Currency chests including security at the H.O. which had resulted in increase in income from USD 10MM to USD 22M
- Was one of the important members at the apex level in implementing the computerization plan of Govt. of India such as receipt of Direct/Indirect taxes, Disbursement of pension, duty drawback, all deposit schemes of Government of India, financial inclusion and implementation of NREGA. The bank was acknowledged and appreciated by the ministry and also by the office of the Prime Minister of India in successful implementation of their dream project of the ministry of corporate affairs as Punjab National Bank is accredited bank to the ministry.
- The undersigned has a good rapport nd understanding with Reserve Bank of India, Senior Management of the fellow bankers, Indian Banker's association, Ministry of commerce, Corporate Affairs, and Finance besides office of the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG). Other ministries like agriculture, rural development, and external affairs were also in regular contact so that the bank could give them total solution for all their requirements as they were being computerized.

- In charge of 80 branches with a workforce of more than 2000 people and revenues of over USD700 Million.
- Decrease in gross NPAs to less than 1%
2003-2004: Chief Manager, IGI Airport, India
- In charge of major branch, increased revenues from USD20 Million to USD40 Million.
- Dedicated branch for the disbursement of duty draw back in New Delhi besides controlling the exchange counters of the airport.
2000-2003: Chief Auditor at the Head Office, Inspection and Control Division
- Handled investigation of bad loansof more than USD1 Million.
- Undertook the management audit of the regional/zonal offices and also divisions at the H.O.
1998-2000: Senior Manager in the Government Business Division
- Increased the income from USD3 Million to USD11 Million
- Introduced the concept of fee based income in judging the performance of the field functionaries and a policy decision was taken to increase our focus on the multi-utility services other than banking so that fee based income of the bank should be 20% of total income.
